We need your help! DeKalb County is in the process of developing an Economic Development Strategic Plan. The Top of Alabama Regional Council of Governments is conducting a citizens survey and a local business survey on behalf of DeKalb County. We are asking residents and local business owners their opinions and attitudes in relation to local growth, quality of life, and economic development with DeKalb County. Completion of these surveys will aide us in gauging public opinion.
